EXCHANGES

We offer free size exchanges. Simply send us an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the item and we will let you know our return address. Once we receive your item, we will send a new size to you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. No questions asked. We want you to have more than enough time to try out our products and hence if you are not 100% satisfied with them within 14 days, you can submit a request and we will issue a refund - no questions asked! All returns & refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. Defected or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging. Since personalized collars are laser engraved, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for personalized collars.

ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

We will re-send the item. Please send a picture of the defective or damaged item to support@pupscloset.com within 48 hours after delivery. Our team will review the request and re-send the item if applicable.

Typing errors in personalized products will only be exchanged if the error was caused by us. Please double-check all personalization details before placing an order.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. If you need help with editing an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at support@pupscloset.com. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery and hence we do not guarantee that your request of editing the order will be processed before shipment.
